We have a team of skilled pattern designers who can help you create your own style. Every sample we create will be reviewed before starting production. It is crucial for us that you are satisfied with your new design.
We NEVER share or sell your patterns to other designers. Your patterns and designs are securely stored in our factory.
Sample Production
Once the pattern is finalized, we will ensure the sample matches your exact requirements before starting mass production. A design is needed to create the sample.
We can produce various types of clothing, including pants, shirts, dresses, skirts, blouses, kimonos, and more. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us.
Refinements
Cutting
The sample is ready, and we are prepared to produce your products in bulk. Cutting is handled by our professional team and followed by sewing, strictly adhering to the approved pattern. We maintain product quality at every step, even for large orders.
Sewing
This is one of the most important parts of the production process, and at Mildah Bali Garment, we are among the best in the business. We continue production while maintaining constant quality control at every step.
Quality Control
To ensure high-quality products, we have a professional QC team that evaluates production suitability. This includes checking the neatness of stitching, size conformity, thread trimming, ironing, label placement, packing, and shipping. Our focus is on delivering high-quality output for every product we produce.
Product Packaging
Packaging is one of the most critical aspects of production. It not only protects the product during shipping but also presents the product to customers in a professional and appealing way.
Delivery
Although Mildah Garment is based in Denpasar, Bali, we provide shipping services to various locations, both domestically and internationally.
